At mid-point, his voice fades down and the Quebec Finance Minister’s voice comes up to replace it: we hear that she too is typing, as she reads aloud her answers to the man’s concerns.

The spot illustrates that the current government is listening, and consequently the signature, ‘This budget is yours’ signifies that it is indeed a budget for the people.
