Description
The film opens with an emotional swell of music and a beautiful shot of Daniel’s face. He is a deaf violinist from Brazil who plays by feeling the vibrations of his bow on the strings.
We then see Ulrike from Germany with village schoolchildren in the Dominican Republic. She has donated her time to this school for 15 years.
Next, we are shown the tranquil face of Don Qing, who has devoted his life outside work to Chinese opera.
The film cuts to Charlotte hugging children. Over the years, she has raised 24 foster kids in the U.S.
Jean-Jacques then poses with inhabitants of a Pacific island. He helps them build their infrastructure.
They all work for ZF Friedrichshafen, a global automotive technology venture, and represent its diverse workplace.
ZF’s message:
“With people like them, we have mastered 100 years.
With people like them, we want to shape our future.”
