There are two films featuring the same doctor treating elderly patients. The films show the patients achieving an important goal while the cinematography highlights ordinary life. This juxtaposition shows why proper treatment is important to every individual. The concept is pain should not interrupt the future.

60 year old Mrs. Sasaki has back problems. She sees Dr. Mochizuki regularly and has good relationship with him. She owns a busy restaurant with her husband. They have been married for over 30years, but never had a honeymoon. She has dreamed of visiting Egypt and one day, after 30 years of marriage, her husband plans a trip to a famous sand dune in Japan. It is not Egypt, but she is very happy that he remembers her dream and that she is able to go on the trip. After their trip she happily tells Dr. Mochizuki about the trip when visits the restaurant.
