Description
It´s known that football players constantly try to confuse and cheat the referee so they get a call in favour of their team. We see them whine, exaggerate, take fake dives and of course, do a lot of acting. That´s why we crated the following concept: Actors belong at the cinema. Come watch the Champions League.
Execution
Throughout the spot we'll see real football players acting out in a hilarious way to finally relveal the message:
Actors belong at the cinema. That´s why UVK movie theaters will broadcast the champions league on May 28th.
The spot started running six weeks before the Champions League Final. It was aired at the theater but it was also shown on TV and on the internet.
Outcome
The spot became viral, it reached over 250 thousand views impacting over eight million people in less than 36 hours.
Brand consideration increased from 86 to 91 points.
