Description

There are good reasons to fly Alitalia. Sometimes, saving some money doesn't compensate the lack of a minimum service and comfort. But memory is selective, so it's worth while reminding passengers what traveling in a low-cost airline is really like.

Execution

We show the reality of the situation when people buy a ticket from a low cost airline. The difficulty and problems people have with these airlines.

Outcome

7 out of 10 users impressed by those spots end up buying a traditional airline ticket instead of a low cost one. 83% of those who flied to an Italian destination chose Alitalia; 14% more than those who did not.
