We launched 450,000 paper airplanes from the iconic skyscraper Torre Latinoamericana (the first skyscraper in Latin America) into the sky. Below, stunned onlookers snapped photos as others read the promotional message on the planes: "25 dollar airline tickets", every plane was a chance to get a low price flight.
Outcome
Volaris received an incredible 2 million visits to the website, increased ticket sales by 300%. Also, in a country where only 6% of the population had flown before, 33% of the customers were first time flyers. We recieved free TV and newspaper coverage.
