In Germany it is common practice, that the barkeeper marks every served beer with a stroke on the customers beer mat.We took advantage of this circumstance for our guerilla promotion.In diverse inns, bars and public houses throughout Hamburg these pre-existing beer mats were modified on-location by ourselves.On our beer mats the regular strokes were transformed into crosses.Furthermore an additional sticker communicated the unmistakable message: Don’t drink and drive! Hansa-Taxi 211211
Outcome
Due to the short duration of the action, it was unfortunately not possible to achieve any quantifiable results, yet.
