Description
In the United States, the most common place to get information about missing persons is on milk cartons. So, we took our brand’s content to a place no one else took it before: to the auto-reply e-mails. We created a different media and developed an exclusive content for that.
Execution
Nearly 2,000 people go missing everyday in the US, with over 635,000 missing persons cases reported in 2014. To help in the search of them, we decided to use a tool that already helps people tell where they went. THE AUTO-HELPLY is an app that transforms auto-reply messages on a media vehicle to help find those who are missing. Based on your location the website provides a list of the people that have disappeared in your area. Then, it generates a banner that is placed on your auto-reply message, increasing awareness and reach of the missing person’s information.
Outcome
Since its launch, more then 300 missing persons were already added to the Auto-Helply database. With more then 6,000 banners generated, which were automatically emailed countless of times, Auto-Helply is dramatically increasing the chances of success on the search for every one of them.
