Through a promotional contest, where participants sent their videos answering the following question “Why do I deserve to be the representative of my team in the SANTANDER Libertadores Cup?”, the top five videos were selected to become part of the project.Each one of the five participants represented their teams in the SANTANDER Libertadores Cup. We presented each one of them: what they do, where they work, how they express the passion for their team, and how the family takes this love.
During all the game days we followed the fan’s day since the moment he woke up until the end of the game; their expectations, their superstitions, what they think, who they talk to, and during the game the camera turned the back to the field and focused on the fan’s reactions. Thus creating a “reality show” of this Cup.
Outcome
In 2010 more than 1 billion people in 4,616 cities, in 128 countries turned off the lights during Earth Hour. In Brazil, on national radio, formed by 16 radios stations, reached a total of 5,142,421 people, inviting them to engage in this cause.
