Description
Citibank wanted to promote the migration of clients from paper to online services. This will reduce the cost of sending the account balance to clients and paper work. The objective of the communication was to present the Citibank online service, the migration of Credit Card Holders to online services and save costs of pare work. The offline campaign was supported by a banner and a microsite. The banner was on the Citibank website and said "Do you want to see the movements of your card? Click on "Pincha aqui" and the card will start bouncing on the screen. The microsite said "There is other ways to see the movement of your card" and explained the transaction that one can do through the online service. To incentivate the migration Citibank gave away a wireless keyboard and mouse to the first 100 clients who registered online.
