The site is enabled by the smart search functionality catalysed by the inviting and pervasive prompt, “what are you looking for?”

Predictive text and a visual matrix tethered to the search bar surfaces the most relevant content and products as the search refines to the single answer.

Further enriching the experience is the “My Collection” feature that enables clients to save articles, products into customized PDFs of all the relevant content for later reference and reading on any device.

Allowing clients to get what they want, when they want it, so they can spend more time doing the things that matter to them.

Outcome

The site has seen an increase of 40% in visits, up to 600,000 a month with the dwell time increasing significantly. In the site’s first week live, it was recognized by the Banking world’s FS Review as one of the best financial services sites in the world.
