Tarku-Chan's an adult minding his own business when two bad guys approach him and ask for some money. Tarku-Chan puts a Bisco in the mouth of the lead bad guy. This causes the bad guy to think of himself when he was young. The bad guy breaks down in tears over what a villan he has become.
