Background
Our box has become synonymous with our brand. Lucky for us, many households are home to our boxes. They are repurposed for all sorts of things. Come holiday, they are used for holiday decorations.
Execution
Each year, countless people invite us to take part in their holiday celebrations. Resulting in a number of our boxes in their homes. Boxes that ultimately end up being filled with holiday decorations and stored until the next year. Our film depicts customers packing up after the holidays, with a little help from us. The presence of our box became a springboard allowing us to say ‘Thank You’ to everyone that invited us into their homes.
Outcome
Speaking to customers after the holidays with a simple message of thanks, worked. Response from customers was overwhelmingly positive. Customers acknowledged the fact that we appreciated their business, achieving above normal Brand Recall and Relevance metrics. With a unique post-holiday launch, 30% lower media costs were leveraged.
