The BSN Happy Cat is an ordinary cat of exceptional cuteness, full of calibre, and with the ability to speak. He engaged with fan requests by providing his own interpretations and humorous solutions of what would make them happy.
Six weekly reply videos produced over six weeks saw 40 personalised requests granted and over a million viewers entertained.
The Happy Cat’s ability to respond in a timely manner helped him capture the hearts of Malaysians who eagerly waited for his weekly videos. This made BSN the most talked about bank on social media, in the news, and in daily conversation.
