IBM identified an opportunity to forge a closer sense of with its reseller Business Partners by offering them marketing support through the delpoyment of turn-key email communications program. Agency developed a proprietary co-marketing online initiative and a companion content management tool - COMET (Co-Marketing Email Tool). This enables IBM and its Business Partners to create ongoing, relevant and cost-efficient e-communications for their small and medium enterprise customers. Business Parter participation exceeded objectives by 40% and deployment costs were click-through rates compared to regular email programs. Addionally, open and click through rates are above industry averages.
