Overview:Create a consistent user experience within the Philips Domestic Appliances and Personal Care Products (DAP) and ElectronicsBusiness Units: Expand existing online catalogue and make it a truly global dynamic, e-commerce platform for over 60 countries.Objectives:-Improve overall information architecture-Allow consumers to see products specific to their country.-Create targeted promotional messages.-Develop various tools to assist in purchasing products (i.e) comparison tools, interactive demos etc.)-Create a backend infrastructure, CMS, to easily modify the site(s) from a global and local perspective.Target group:1) To provide interaction with the Philips DAP and CE brand identity2) Give consumers the option to drill down and interact at the business unit and product line levels.
