The film follows the story of an out of luck busker and his loyal companion. We see our protagonist playing away at the usual spot, day in and day out, amidst the hussle and bussle of the big city, but everyone's too busy to notice them. Everyone but a kind hearted observer about to turn the busker’s luck with a genius idea.

The casting process was put in place to help us find our three main characters: The out of luck busker, his loyal dog, and the juvenal lady working at the cafe nearby who notices the busker’s bad run and decides to turn his luck around with an act of random kindness. Our protagonists needed to have a broad appeal that could work in all markets. We were also looking for a visual chemistry between the three of them, and in the case of the busker, he needed to be someone who knew how to play the guitar. Cheeky the dog stole our hearts with her authentic performance, and a fair those of cheekiness during the shoot.
