This film is actually a capture of a real casting. Actresses were asked to perform several situations instinctively, emotionally speaking, without any words.

First a proposal, then a breakup, followed by an orgasm. Finally, actresses had to simulate a heart attack. Instinctively, every one of them grabbed their chest or their left arm. But at this point, the casting director tells them that it is not working, that it is not what she is expecting. Then, actresses try different things but eventually they do not understand what they should do and seem confused. At the end of the film, an overprint explains that women’s heart attacks do not always look the same as men’s and tells the different symptoms that women can experienced when having a heart attack.
