In the United States, over 300,000 military veterans currently suffer from Post- Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). An astonishing 22 veterans commit suicide each day. CarePossible is a California-based non-profit organization that helps provide, through public donations, the mental health care these veterans so desperately need. Radio was the perfect venue to take the listener into the nightmare of those veterans who have returned from Iraq and Afghanistan, but still battle with the daily effects of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
