15 life-size children rag dolls were placed in groups in and around communication hubs in Oslo during the morning rush hour. A small sign simply stating: "In Russia - more than 3 million children lives on the streets" was placed in front of the “children”. Furthermore door signs were attached on drain covers, saying, "This is the home of Dmitrij, Irina and Igor". These elements drew attention to our stand in Oslo's main-street Karl Johan.

Outcome

Active Child Aid got several important contacts within media and the public as well as organisations and companies. Because of the event, they are now in dialogue with TV2 who is considering making a programme about the organisation.
