Description

Fundacio Exit works with 16 to 18 year-olds from deprived districts of Barcelone who have failes at school and whose only option is the street.Foundations exist essentially on donations from businesses or other foundations, public grants and provide contributions. Depending on public or corporate grants is an insecure situation because it is necessary to fight for these funds on a regular basis with many other NGOs. Private funding is more reliable.Fundacio Exit needed to increase its funding from private individuals.

Execution

The aim was to create a communication medium inviting our target to act and to come to realise that they can change many things with their own actions/donations.The scratch card allowed us to get this message across. With a single coin (money), the target could change the environment of a boy in a run-down street and with "no future". When the card was scratched, the image of the street became a restaurant kitchen where the boy was working. The message would be: look what you can do with your money.

Outcome

Distribution: 40,000 scratch cards.People interested: 1320 (3.80%).New collaborators: 436 (1.28%).Conversion rate: 33.03%.
