The world is stuck in time as a young boy struggles to think of a wonderful message to have iced on a chocolate plaque for someone special. As he thinks hard, we see the world flicker, caught in a moment. An old couple are stuck mid dance, a jumping dog hovers in the air, an ice skater quivers in a spin. Suddenly the boy has an epiphany and the world is released with a cacophony of sound. The boy runs into the Thorntons store and hands the assistant a note with the message he would like iced.
