The created website www.coca-cola.de/x-mas is part of the integrated communication strategy of Coca-Cola Company and an important link within the scope of Coca-Cola X-Mas promotion. This site picks up the main parts of the offline promotion (Coca-Cola Truck Tour, advent sweepstakes) and creates an interactive Christmas world with exclusive online features (game, download TV spot, screensaver, wallpapers, e-cards).With the well-known Coca-Cola Christmas carol 'holidays are coming' playing in the background, a snowy winter landscape opens up for the user - the key-visual of the promotion. In this cosy scene, Coca-Cola accompanied the user with numerous raffles and other exciting features through the Christmas time.A main focus of the site is the annual Christmas truck tour. Tour dates, special events and background info as well as an online-game are included in that feature. Furthermore, an interactive Advent calendar offers new win chances every day of December until Christmas.
