Let Somebody Go begins on a New York City street as we focus in on two artists. The world around them slows and shifts. It's then that a single tear floats uncharacteristically upward bringing us into an inverted M.C. Escher-esque world where a staircase winds itself into an infinity knot. Our two artists walk and meander through this labyrinthian space creating distance and disorientation between them. To escape, and with a friendship and untold bond between them, they leap towards each other and grab tight, falling through the chaos and back to the busy city street where all around them no one is the wiser. And like those who have come and gone in our lives, the artists embrace once more and then let the other go.
