Like the magazine that inspired it, Cosmopolitan TV is a channel that focuses on women being in control of their love lives. Or more specifically, having control over men. At the beginning of the commercial, we see a woman’s closed hand, full screen. After a moment, we see a very small, attractive man climb into frame and continue to climb her hand. When he reaches the top, she raises her little finger. The man sees this, and happily ‘wraps’ himself around it.
