OVERVIEW

Description

We created a Club with the objective of becoming an exclusive solutions centre for the clients. We designed a membership card which will be used in the management of claims and requests. Clients don't have to subscribe; DHL has decided to favour them with preferential treatment. The mailing contained a magic box with instructions on how to open it and inside the magic box is found the membership card. Claim: 'You are about to enter into a restricted area. Area DHL a service with advantages for exclusive clients'. The PIN access code was inside the magic box.

Outcome

60% of clients are already using the service and the creative idea of the mailing has been ranked very possitive.
