We created a really simple ad. The user was reading an e-magazine through his iPhone or iPad and suddenly, a subjective image of a road appeared. When the user attempted to zoom in and discover what was happening in the car right in front of him, instead of zooming in as usual, an accident occurred and the iPhone’s glass broke, which is exactly what the new Front Assist technology prevents from happening: accidents.
Outcome
By conveying the benefit directly through new media, we made a new technology they had never seen before understandable to Volkswagen’s clients and we showed them clearly what Front Assist can prevent from happening.
This has contributed to improving Volkswagen’s image and reaching the sales objectives for this year.
