This campaign used existed writings on walls, benches, places we normally pass every day to promote a copywriter's job. So we left messages for those who made the graffiti or pictures on walls with the note: Looking for somewhere to write? to make a dialog with the future creatives.
Outcome
This campaign was very successful. It showed that the advertising job could be also fun and available to ordinary people. We hired 3 new copywriters.
