The solution was to give them Spanair Plus bonus points so that they can do what they enjoy most - Travel (and free, to boot).
Outcome
Results were extremely successful and went far beyond initial expectiations. We sent out 75 invitations, and had an attendance of 56 journalists, a response rate of 80%.
