The workers understood the program and returned a totally positive feedback. The main subject at the breakfast tables was the DM. Many employees were carrying the baby and the leaflet, speaking about the DM and the CRM program. At the CRM presentation every one was very attentive and interested. In the end, many employees complimented the Marketing Department over the CRM program and this DM was a subject for conversations in the organization for several weeks.
