Execution

A diagnosis gave us the opportunity to create an action. We identified opportunities. A national store map was constructed . and a visual identity was created. It created a new shopping experience and generated a new community for Huggies.

Outcome

8 out of 10 PDV recommend Huggies.

Tripled the amount of diapers sold in the store.

It grew from 43% to 62% market participation.

It remodelled 40% of total country's Baby stores: redesigned 508 stores, 180 desks and 250 shelves.
