Description

Taking advantage of a trip to China made by one of the agency partners, to see in the Chinese New Year (2003 is the year of the goat!!!), a personal greetings card for the Chinese New Year was sent (hand-written) from Shangai-China: 'Chin Yen Quia Le' together with a request: If the customers sent their birth dates by email, we would send them a letter with their Chinese horoscope sign (the corresponding animal) and the predictions for this year, together with a small special gift.

Outcome

100% of the customers who received the letter sent us their birth dates by mail. In return they received their horoscope sign, a small gift and a prediction of what would happen to them during the year.In addition, starting this year, not only will we be able to wish our customers a happy birthday, but we now also know that they are interested in the Chinese horoscope, and therefore we will be able to continue with our amusing little game.
