As this is a long-term programme that has just begun, results are hard to quantify.
However, some customers have fed back that they were pleasantly surprised by Home-Fix's nice gesture. They had fun DIY-ing their birthday bouquets, and would be happy to continue visiting Home-Fix for their D.I.Y. needs.
