Description
Circle K has roadside gas stations all over Norway. It's a proper place to stop for a rest, which you really need to do when driving on December 23rd, the worst day of Christmas traffic in Norway, always with horrible conditions. This live radio stunt reminded drivers to take it slow and stop for rests.
Execution
Through commercial radio station P4 we reached a large audience of people driving home for Christmas. The spots went out live in all commercial breaks until the daughter had come safely home. 1 example spot submitted.
Outcome
The campaign reached approx 1,5 million listeners throughout Norway, many of which were on the road during the day. No measured results as for sales, but Circle K saw an increase in visits compared to the previous 23/12.
