Description
The Group EDF (Electricity of France), world leader of the energy, produce, distribute and manage the service to the customers on the various types of electricity. For the first time in 20 years, EDF has the ambition to give a new youth to its Centers of Information of the Public (CIP), present on all its production sites of energy. It is a major stake for the brand as they represent the opportunity to communicate in a privileged way with all its public (institutional, media, schools, local residents, young graduates, etc.).
Execution
Those centers have been completely rethought in a new global approach. Imagined on the principle of 'Design for All', those spaces are flexible from 50 m2 to 700 m2.Plunged into an interactive universe presented like a game, the visitor acts on the place and created its own experience. He transforms the space by livening it’s up: everything is in a sleep mode and everything wakes up; the visitor is the Hero. Free to walk around thanks to the new scenography, he looks for of the information to appropriate it and live it fully.
Outcome
Today, all the sites are in the course of equipment. 10 of these centres have already been set up and they should be 40 by 2011. When the question of the energy is in the heart of the debates of our society, these centers allow everyone to understand this stake while participating in it.
