Conad is a big supermarket chain in Italy. This commercial presents a typical relationship between the client (the real client) and the Agency (the real Agency's CEO). The client calls the Agency's CEO asking for a great idea to sell eggs at a special price. The client, the Agency and the product are real, the treatment is ironic.
