Description
We hear an incoming damage claim message from a customer that was sent to Ditzo. The message explains the specific damage with emoji. The message is read out loudly by the built-in voice of a smartphone. The Ditzo voice-over then explains that customers of Ditzo don’t need a complex claim form and can instead use a simple whatsapp (and other social media messages) to claim damages. Ending with Ditzo’s tagline: ‘Insurance with a smiley’.
