Description
A simple, fun way of proving how running out of contact lenses can absolutely ruin your life. Forever.
Execution
We created a pre-roll ad that illustrated how annoying it is to run our of contacts. And then drew users to a page where the video runs indefinitely. In order for the video to play indefinitely, a workaround using YouTube’s Live Streaming service was implemented. Paid display ads drive users to the YouTube brand page. And it is still playing.
Outcome
Paid traffic drove almost 10MM monthly impressions in just the first two weeks.
We showed a 25% engagement rate.
During first two weeks, exceed monthly sales goals attributed to online video.
