How do you launch the web connect printer, the biggest printing technology development in nearly a decade? We decided on a fat- cheeked baby streaking across America at 100 miles an hour. Not only did this approach explain the phone-to-printer technology, it let viewers imagine the joy of a baby landing in their printer. HP retailers were bombarded with customers asking for "that printer from the baby commercial.
