Description
Our client, Coco de Mer, approached us to create point-of-sale posters for their Los Angeles store. The target audience is open-minded consumers of erotic luxury goods, including designer sex toys and accessories, lingerie and other high-end sex-related goods.
Execution
Coco de Mer wanted to remind its customers that there’s no better time than the present to celebrate sex, its joy and beauty.
To prove this point, we used digital collage as our main technique to create a visual piece containing various icons of a world that is becoming more and more dangerous by the hour. The poster is largely designed in black and white, to evoke the look and the feel of the Cold War years, but to also give this incredibly complex landscape a harmonious and premium feel.
Outcome
As an in-store material, it enhanced the shopping experience and has been so popular amongst shoppers that they have requested copies, which are currently being created in poster form to be available in stores to patrons of Coco de Mer.
