This is Eurostar’s most successful ever email loyalty campaign. Overall the entire email campaign achieved a 96.2 deliverability rate, with email open rates as high 40.2%, 42.2%, 42.9% and 51.4% and generating ROIs as high as 38.75, 45.5 and one which generated 718.19.
Another important indication of loyalty is that unsubscribe rates are negligible (bucking industry trends) demonstrating that recipients choose - and love - to keep interacting with this brand.
