Leonardo Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a healthy edible oil that aids the production of good cholesterol (High Density Lipoprotein) in the body and simultaneously blocks the formation of bad cholesterol (Low Density Lipoprotein).

The idea was thus to demonstrate that Leonardo Extra Virgin Oil is biased (maybe a tad unfairly) towards good cholesterol. This is demonstrated in the spot with some football players labelled as Good cholesterol and other as Bad cholestrol with the referee being Leonardo Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
