We see a city guy cutting his garden with ordinary scissors. Suddenly a whole army of farmers and tractors appears over the hill. The farmers are coming to town. Then we see the farmers helping the city people with their gardening: mowing the lawn, trimming bushes, cutting down trees, fertilizing, etc. At the end, the farmers and tractors return to the countryside.
