Thousands of CG footballs were created – and in many scenes seamlessly integrated with real balls, shot in camera – to fashion a world where it snows footballs across the country.

The speed, flight and bounce of the balls were carefully crafted to balance the realism of falling footballs with the gentleness of falling snow.

Various landscapes and scenes from hilltops to suburban streets were filled with both falling and settled balls, covering differing lighting conditions that spanned the course of a whole day.
