Execution
The execution entailed the playing of a prerecorded message of a sobbing girl who claimed she was the victim of a psychotic abduction. The content of the call was so disturbing that the recipients were forced to hear it through and on many occasions even respond back to what they never guessed was a set of computer speakers. The effect of the delivery was therefore a captive audience and a strong response to the festival.
Outcome
The response was astounding. The seating arrangements were limited to 120 but due to a lot of word-of-mouth and gossip, the shows received over 150 viewers. Many of whom stood through the shows. A terrific response which cost nothing more than a voice recording and 100 inexpensive landline calls.
