Description
We created Ford Finger Drive, a game series built for Instagram Stories. The functions of Stories were transformed into game controllers: tap quickly to overtake the car in the next lane, hold on screen to brake. Three games, three different technologies presented through an interactive experience, with duration of 24h each.
Execution
The three games were posted on 30th March, 5th and 7th April 2017 respectively. Since Stories couldn’t be ad boosted, postings were promoted to notify users to access @fordbrasil profile and play the game during 24h.
Outcome
Engagement: 98% of users interacted with the game series until the end. That’s the lowest exit rate inside Stories for all Ford profiles worldwide, indicating a high level of user interaction.
