A young idealistic employee of a governmental spy-agency rushes through corridors and heads to the restroom. He rolls up "top secret" labeled papers into a CWS hand-dryer, letting them disappear one by one. Meanwhile his boss addresses his colleagues in the darkly-lit, blueish conference hall. "These documents can never go public." Intimidated and nervous, his colleagues look at each other. A secretary enters the room and whispers into the boss' ear. We see a CWS employee carrying a roll of towels to his van with the documents peeking out.
