Background
Given the complex and varied relationships we all have with animals it was important to create something that didn’t just shock or scare people but offered a sense of hope and left the audience feeling inspired. We wanted members of the public to feel encouraged to perform an act of kindness
Execution
With animals of all sizes demanding the respect they deserve, and to be treated with kindness, there was only one track that would work for this RSPCA campaign - Aretha Franklin’s iconic R.E.S.P.E.C.T. We knew we would have to re-record it to be able to tell this particular story, but with a deep lyrical message and a classic celebratory feeling, this piece of music had the right DNA
