Description
Instead of an ordinary survey from Ford Malaysia, 'Unbranded Survey' is camouflaged as a pack that comes from FutureSpec – an independent survey company – on behalf of their client, a leading car manufacturer.
It consists of three items: a newspaper from the future – with the respondent’s name in the headline; a letter telling him how he is able to influence the future of the fleet market by taking part in a survey today, and a survey with a lucky draw that offers a Gold Coast trip to encourage higher response.
Outcome
Due to the fact that the roll-out date was 8 May 2004, we are unable to provide any response results at this point in time. But we have set up a system that helps to track responses as and when they come in.
