Description
The Chuck Taylor stands for youth culture, now and forever. Forever Chuck is an homage to the people that drive the world forward. Forever Chuck features today’s most prominent young creatives, relaying the message that while a new generation emerges, the Chuck Taylor’s influence remains unchanged.
Execution
Over a month long period we shot 15+ influencers in New York, LA, London and Paris, to capture each in a place that represented them, and to appeal to a global audience. We did not have a script going into the shoot, so a narrative and visually appealing film was pieced together. This shooting approach was perfect for social placements, as we didn’t need to rely on cutdowns of the larger film, but rather picked out specific stories/films per platform and target audience.
Outcome
Across all platforms we saw:
673MM total impressions
24MM total video views
191MM users reached
And these impressions were meaningful and long-lasting:
_44sec average engagement on Snapchat.
_Above average completion rate on YouTube.
_Over 65% (above average) of Instagram users played Anthem with sound
_Facebook delivered over 7MM impressions, reached 5.7MM unique users; video was watched 900K times
_Twitter’s First View and Trend impressions (98MM) exceeded benchmark by 40%
Ultimately driving deeper engagement and interest in the brand:
Traffic to site increased from 38% to 88%
